I tried to consume one, just washed and sliced thin, the rind is terribly thick but it is extremely crisp, well flavored. Beautiful fruit, and would make excellent pickle. The others you share here I have not tried. Warning you of the miserable and unusual green and red splotched tomatoes- there are a few varieties, but any of them are so bland, mealy and tasteless it's not worth growing them.
